Weekly TV News: ‘Body of Proof,’ CW, and More.

The dismissals continue at ABC network.

However, Shonda Rhimes has nothing to do with these dismissals. The actors fired starred in ABC’s “Body of Proof.” According to TVLine, John Carroll Lynch, who played police detective Bud Morris since the pilot of the show tweeted “I can confirm that BOP did not pick up my option.”

Meanwhile, original cast members Sonja Sohn, who played Detective Sam Baker, and Nicholas Bishop, who played investigator Peter Dunlop, will not return for a third season.
