ABC Announces ‘Red Widow,’ ‘The Taste’ And More Midseason Premiere Dates

ABC has revealed its midseason schedule. Beginning in January, the network will debut new series: “Red Widow,” “Zero Hour” and reality series: “The Taste” and “Celebrity Diving.”

Here is the schedule:

8:00-10:00 p.m. “The Taste” (Two-hour series premiere)

Tuesday, January 29

8:00-9:00 p.m. “The Taste” (regular time period premiere)

10:00-11:00 p.m. “Body of Proof”

8:00-9:00 p.m. “Zero Hour”

Sunday, March 3

9:00-11:00 p.m. “Red Widow” (two-hour series premiere)

10:00-11:00 p.m. “Red Widow” (regular time period premiere)

Monday, March 18

8:00-10:00 p.m. “Dancing with the Stars”

Tuesday, March 19

‘Game of Thrones’ Adds Ed Skrein and Jacob Anderson And More Casting News

According to EW, Ed Skrein has been cast as Daario Naharis, the handsome and harsh captain of a company of soldiers called The Stormcrows on “Game of Thrones.”

‘Game of Thrones’: 14 Roles Join the Series

Additionally, Jacob Anderson has been cast as Grey Worm, the leader of the group of slave soldiers Unsullied.

The third season of “Game of Thrones” premieres Mar., 31 2013.

“ER” alum, Goran Visnjic is set to play Schiller, the mafia mob boss on the ABC drama, “The Red Widow.” [Deadline]

Terrence Howard is set to appear in an upcoming episode of “Hawaii Five-0.” Howard is set to appear in an episode that features  flashbacks to Danny’s (Scott Caan) former life as a cop in Newark, New Jersey. [EW]

Reality star, Kendall Jenner is set to make her acting debut this fall on “Hawaii Five-0.” [TV Guide]

Rob Huebel (Children’s Hospital) actor will appear on the NBC comedy “Up All Night.” Huebel will play Chris’ (Will Arnett) irritating college roommate. [TV Guide]

“Children’s Hospital” star Rob Corddry will appear as Buddy who hangs out in the bar where BJ (Lucy Punch) and Kate (Dakota Johnson) work on “Ben & Kate.” [EW]

J.K. Simmons will return to “Men At Work” as the not-so-friendly publisher of Full Steam magazine, with his character butting heads with Lindsey, played by John Michael Higgins. [TV Guide]

Super Bowl winner and former Washington Redskins’ former star quarterback, Joe Theismann, will appear for a cameo in the 16th episode of “Necessary Roughness.” [THR]

Dallas Robert (The Good Wife) is set play Milton, a resident of Woodbury on “The Walking Dead.” [EW]

Neal McDonough (Justified) has been booked to guest star in “CSI: NY.” McDonough is set to play Senator Gordon Hamilton, an “ultimate politician.” [TVLine]

ABC’s 2012-2013 Primetime Schedule: ‘Revenge’ Moves To ‘Desperate Housewives,’ Time Slot And More.

Sundays just got hotter! ABC released it upcoming 2012-2013 schedule earlier today. The news? ‘Revenge’ is heading to Sundays, while ‘Happy Endings’ and ‘Apartment 23’ are moving to Tuesdays.

“Revenge” will replace “Desperate Housewives” on Sundays starting this fall. Also moving to a new night is “Last Man Standing.” The renewed comedy will move to Friday starting November. While “Private Practice” remains on Tuesdays.

Also ABC is continuing its Thursday drama block with Shonda Rhimes’s “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Scandal” and a intense new series “Last Resort.”

“How to Live with Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life),” “The Family Tools,” “The Bachelor,” “Body Of Proof,” “Wife Swap,” “Red Widow,” “Zero Hour,” and “Mistresses” will all premiere in midseason.

Meanwhile, the following new series debut this fall, “Last Resort,” “The Neighbors,” “Nashville,” “Malibu Country,” and “666 Avenue Park.”
