Fall TV: NBC Launches ‘Chicago Fire’ Pilot Online

Hoping to follow “Revolution’s” success, NBC has released the pilot episode of its new fiery drama series “Chicago Fire.”

From “Law & Order” executive producer Dick Wolf and “3:10 to Yuma” writers Derek Haas and Michael Brandt, “Chicago Fire” follows some very hot firefighters, rescue squad and paramedics of Chicago Firehouse 51.

The series stars “House” veteran Jesse Spencer, Charlie Barnett, Monica Raymund (“The Good Wife”) and Taylor Kinney (“The Vampire Diaries).”

“Chicago Fire” debuts Wed., Oct. 10 at 9c.

Will it be another “Rescue Me?” Here is the pilot.

‘Once Upon A Time’ Adds Colin O’Donoghue And Michael Raymond-James And More Casting News.

Colin O’Donoghue is Captain Hook!

According to TVLine, O’Donoghue will play a handsome, and confident pirate who never backs down from a fight. Captain Hook is described as a pirate with meticulous style and old-school manners of a proper gentleman, who seeks to crush and humiliate his enemies.

‘OUAT’ Adds Julian Morris

Also joining the series is Michael Raymond-James. The “True Blood” vet will play a mysterious character, however, additional information about his role are being kept under wraps according to EW.

The second season of “Once Upon A Time” premieres Sept. 30 on ABC.

Wes Brown has been cast to replace Neil Jackson on “Infamous.” Brown is set to play bad boy Julian on the NBC midseason drama. Brown will also recur on the upcoming season of ‘90210″ as Talyor. [TVLine]

Laurence Fishburne will play Jack Crawford, FBI’s Behavioral Sciences Unit leader on the upcoming series “Hannibal,” which is set to debut midseason on NBC. [EW]

Meghann Fahy (One Life to Live) has been booked to play Nicki Kahler on “Chicago Fire.’ Fahy’s character is engaged to the 51 Firehouse Chef. [TVLine]

Alice Evans to Appear in ‘Grimm’ and More Casting News

A “Vampire Diaries” witch is heading to “Grimm.”

Alice Evans will appear in an episode of NBC’s “Grimm.” The former “Vampire Diaries” actress is set to play Mia, EW reports. Evans’ character had “ongoing relationship” with Capt. Renard.

“Grimm” returns on Aug. 13.

Polly Walker will recur in “The Mentalist” as a senior, strong FBI agent. Walker is set to debut during the season premiere. [TVLine]

Penelope Ann Miller (Men of a Certain Age) is joining ‘Mistresses.’ Miller will recur as Sam’s (Erik Stocklin) mother, whose late husband had an affair with Yunjin Kim’s character. The drama is set to debut midseason. [EW

Jason Beghe (Californication) has joined the cast of NBC’s upcoming drama ‘Chicago Fire.’ Beghe will recur as Detective Hank Voight, a dangerous cop who will do anything to protect his delinquent son. [THR]

“Til Death” vet, Kat Foster has joined “The Goodwin Games” as a series regular. Foster will play Lucinda, a childhood sweetheart of one of the Goodwin boys. [TVLine]

Cee-Lo Green’s adviser for “The Voice” forthcoming season is Rob Thomas. Thomas is the frontman of the band Matchbox Twenty. Thomas joins previously announced advisers: Mary J. Blige (team Adam), and crooner Michael Buble (team Blake). Christan Aguilera’s adviser is yet to be announced.
