Series creator announced via Twitter, that the “American Horror Story” alumni has been cast on the forthcoming season of the anthology series.
Peters join previously announced cast which includes: Lay Gaga, Matt Bomer, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Chloe Sevigny, and Cheyenne Jackson.

The series creator Ryan Murphy revealed via Twitter on Wednesday, that “American Horror Story” alumna will “run” the “AHS: Hotel” for the forthcoming season five.

Kathy Bates previously appeared on two anthology of “AHS: Coven” and “Freak Show.” The actress joins previously announced cast Lady Gaga, Chloe Sevigny, Matt Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson and Wes Bentley, however details about all of their characters are being kept under wraps.

Chloe Sevigny is checking in to the “‘AHS: Hotel.”
Creator Ryan Murphy announced via his Twitter account, “Very excited to announce that Chloe Sevigny returns to the ‘AHS’ family as a series regular on “AHS: Hotel.””
Sevigny joins Lady Gaga, Matthew Bomer, Cheyenne Jackson and Wes Bentley as a series regular on the series.

Jessica Lange, who appeared on four seasons of the FX’s anthology “American Horror Story” series is leaving the show.
“Yes, I’m done,” the Emmy winner actress announced Monday at Paleyfest Panel.
“We’ve had a great run here. I have absolutely loved doing these four characters that I’ve had the opportunity to play, and in all madness, I love the writers and Ryan and the insanity of shooting it,” Lange added.

Matt Bomer and Cheyenne Jackson have been cast in “American Horror Story: Hotel.”
The ‘Normal Heart” and “White Collar” actor joins the series in a leading role. However, details about his role are being kept under wraps.
“I love collaborating with Ryan Murphy,” said Bomer. “It feels like this world where there are no bounds.”
Also joining the series is Jackson, who appeared on “Glee” and “30 Rock” along with previously annouced cast Lady Gaga.

FX orders a fourth installment of “American Horror Story” from Ryan Murphy.
The network has picked up the ‘AHS” miniseries of 13 episode, which is set to debut in 2014.
“Put simply, Ryan Murphy is a master television producer,” FX’s John Landgraf said in a statement. “Time and time again he reinvents the form. What he, co-creator Brad Falchuk and their producers Dante Di Loreto, Tim Minear, Jennifer Salt, James Wong, Brad Buecker, Jessica Sharzer, Douglas Petrie, Alfonso Gomez-Rejon, Alexis Martin Woodall and the entire production team and cast responsible for the ‘American Horror Story’ franchise have done is nothing short of extraordinary. Every year, they create a riveting and brilliant new miniseries. ‘AHS: Coven’ is the best yet, and I have no doubt that the next installment will be even better.”
The current season, Coven, will conclude on January 29. “AHS: Coven” airs Wednesdays at 10/9c.
After teasing viewers with a lot of spooky teasers, FX has released a trailer which shows some new cast members and Jessica Lange in Briarcliff, the 1960 criminally insane asylum.
In the promo below, Sister Jude, who is played by Jessica Lange says to a patient, “Here you will repent for your sins to the only judge that matters.” Sister Jude runs the mental asylum.

The upcoming season of “American Horror Story: Asylum,” which bows out Wed., Oct 17 on FX will have a ton of new characters.
The new season takes place in 1964 at an institution full of Nazis, aliens, and nuns for the criminally insane, which is run by Jessica Lange’s character, Sister Jude. Monsignor Timothy O’Hara played by Joseph Fiennes is the object of Sister Jude’s desire.
But all is not rosy at the institution. There is a murderer named Bloody Face. He wears the skins of his victims as a mask.
The patients include Lana, a lesbian journalist played by Sarah Paulson; Kit, a patient committed after being accused of murdering his wife played by Evan Peters; and Chloe Sevigny as Shelley, a nymphomaniac.
