Fox picks up a second season of “MasterChef Junior.”
The network revealed Thursday, the reality series following young MasterChef hopefuls will return for a sophomore season.
“”MasterChef Junior” is one of the few shows on television that the entire family can truly enjoy together,” said Fox Chairman Kevin Reilly. “I can’t wait to see what Gordon, Joe, Graham and the next round of rambunctious, ridiculously talented junior chefs cook up in Season 2.”
The series first season average 5.1 million total viewers and ranking No. 1 in its Friday 8 p.m. time period among adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and teens.
